Use your Job Matches

Review personalized recommendations and save, hide, or apply to jobs.

Last updated About 2 hours ago

Open Matches to review jobs recommended from your profile and job preferences. Read Why This Job is a Match, then save, hide, or apply to the job. If the recommendations are off, update Match Preferences and your profile.

Review your recommendations

  1. Open Matches from the navigation or choose View All Matches on your dashboard.

  2. Read the role and open the full posting. Use the navigation arrows to move between jobs.

  3. Check Why This Job is a Match to see the preferences or background details behind the recommendation.

Recommendations use information such as your target roles, locations, skills, experience, work authorization preferences, and feedback. We included the explanation panel so you can identify why a job appeared and which preference to change when it is off.

Save, hide, or apply

  • Save: keep the job in Job Tracker for later. This does not apply.

  • Hide: remove a job, or hide jobs from a company using the available choices.

  • Already Applied: record an application you submitted elsewhere.

  • Apply: open the employer’s application. Use Copilot on supported forms, review it, and submit yourself.

  • Autopilot: with Simplify+, automatically complete and submit a supported application without a review step.

After you apply, check the employer’s confirmation and the tracker record. You can add a record manually if submission was not detected.

Improve irrelevant recommendations

Read the match explanation first. A role may be appearing because of an old specialization, another selected location, or a skill on your profile. Update Match Preferences and correct outdated profile details, then return to Matches.

Use the thumbs-up or thumbs-down controls to give feedback on a recommendation. Feedback and preferences help refine what is recommended, but a recommendation does not establish that you meet every employer requirement.

If there are few matches

Check whether your role, location, salary, experience, or other preferences are too restrictive for the available jobs. Broaden a field you are flexible about, or use the Job Board to explore with your own search. Review popular match groups for another way to browse.

Daily matches and activity

Matches refresh with new recommendations. The dashboard shows your viewing streak and Recruiter Highlight progress; follow the current requirement displayed there. This is separate from the Show Profile to Recruiters visibility setting and Profile Strength’s completeness checklist.

Keep your tracker and profile accurate as your search changes. If recommendations remain consistently wrong after those updates, send feedback with examples of the roles you received and what you expected.
