💡 When you upload your resume to Simplify, you might notice that the file gets renamed. This is done to adhere to industry standards. We follow the convention of naming resumes as "firstname_lastname_resume.pdf" to ensure that your resume is correctly uploaded and recognized on our platform.

💡 Recruiters generally prefer concise descriptions, and many online job portals have character limits. To ensure accurate autofilling of your information, we’ve set a 5,000 character limit (about 800 words) for job descriptions.
