AI Email is available inside your Job Tracker and can generate follow-ups, thank-you notes, referral requests, and other application emails for tracked roles.
Each draft by AI Email uses the information already connected to your job application, including the company, role, job description, and your Simplify profile.
Generating an email from a tracked job
Open any application in your Job Tracker and select the AI Email tab from the job panel.
AI Email uses the information already connected to that application, including:
Job title and company
The original job description
Your profile and resume information
Any personalization you add before generating
Which template should I use?
Templates are grouped by where you are in the application process.
Application Stage → Follow up after applying, ask for a referral
Assessment Stage → Request a deadline extension
Interview Stage → Send a thank-you, follow up, reschedule, or decline
Offer Stage → Negotiate, accept, request more time, or decline
No Longer in Consideration → Send a final thank-you
We've grouped templates by application stage so it's easier to choose the right type of message before generating a draft.
Can I personalize the draft?
Yes. Before generating an email, you can add in any extra context in the Add Personalization box.
💡 Tip: The strongest follow-up emails usually include at least one specific detail, like a topic from an interview conversation, a project or skill relevant to the role, why you're interested in the company, or context around timing or availability.
