Profile Information

💡 If you want your resume information to be automatically added to your Simplify profile, upload your resume from the initial onboarding page or the Documents page.

Note: This parse is currently append only, so it will add to your profile information rather than replace it.

Automatically Parse Resume Information to Profile

💡 Recruiters generally prefer concise descriptions, and many online job portals have character limits. To ensure accurate autofilling of your information, we’ve set a 5,000 character limit (about 800 words) for job descriptions.

Saving/Bookmarking a Job

💡 Once you've completed the preference test, you'll receive job recommendations tailored to your preferences. These jobs can be accessed through either your dashboard or the matches section.

💡 The Simplify Copilot extension will automatically track jobs you apply to that are in our database! Sometimes, you might apply to a job we haven’t seen yet – here’s how you can track those too.

💡 If the Autofill button is unavailable, the extension’s Profile tab provides a simple copy and paste view of your saved details so you can copy from your Simplify profile and paste into the application.

💡 Skills autofill is disabled by default but can be enabled quickly in the Copilot popup. This is especially useful for Workday applications.

Resume Builder

💡 For resumes built with the Simplify Resume Builder, go to your Documents page and click the edit (🖋️) icon on the resume you want to update. For custom uploaded resumes, follow the steps below.
