Find eligible referral opportunities, refer a candidate, and understand reward conditions.

Open Simplify Referrals to see roles with referral rewards. You can share a referral link or endorse someone you know. Rewards depend on the role’s conditions and a qualifying hire; sharing a link or submitting an endorsement does not by itself earn a reward.
Find an eligible opportunity
Open Refer in Simplify and browse Referral Opportunities.
Read the job requirements, reward amount, and conditions for that opportunity.
Choose someone whose background fits the role, then open Refer to see the available actions.
You do not need Simplify+ to refer or endorse a candidate for an eligible role. Reward amounts vary by role and referral type; the amounts pictured in screenshots are examples. Some opportunities include an interview milestone reward as well as a hire reward, but that is not true of every posting.
Share a referral link or endorse a candidate
An endorsement gives the hiring team more information than a shared link and may have a different reward. Choose it when you know the person’s work well enough to make an accurate recommendation. Share contact information you are authorized to share.
The current referral limit is up to five referrals per job posting per week. If the interface reports a limit or duplicate, review existing referrals for that role before submitting again. This is different from applying for the role yourself.
Track progress and rewards
Open your Referral Tracker to follow referred candidates through the recorded hiring stages. Potential Earnings refers to rewards associated with referrals still progressing; it is not a confirmed payment. Review the earnings and status shown for each referral.
Eligibility depends on the opportunity’s conditions and confirmation of the relevant milestone. The Simplify team contacts you about payment details when a payout qualifies. A link share, endorsement, interview, or offer should not be treated as a guaranteed reward unless the specific opportunity’s conditions say it qualifies.
Can I refer myself?
You can apply to a listed job yourself, but your own application is not a rewarded referral of another person. Use the normal application flow for your own search.
Referrals and connection discovery are different
The reward program lets you introduce another candidate to an eligible role. Simplify+ connection tools help you find people who might introduce you to a company. Discovering a connection does not itself submit a rewarded referral or guarantee someone will refer you.
You can use connected network information to look for suitable candidates, but start from the current opportunity and its controls. If a reward or referral status seems wrong, contact support with the role and referral details.
