About Copilot and Simplify+
Copilot is built for the repetitive parts of job applications: filling out the same contact information, work history, education, and links across application pages.
Simplify+ expands that experience with AI-powered tools for the parts of the application that usually require customization. With Simplify+, Copilot can help tailor resumes, generate cover letters, and draft responses to application questions directly from the application page using your Simplify profile, resume, and the job description as context.
Tailor resumes directly from Copilot
Simplify+ adds resume tailoring tools directly into the Copilot workflow.
Copilot compares your current resume against the job description and highlights which skills, qualifications, and keywords are already represented clearly and which may still be missing. Free users can view their Keywords Score and missing keywords. Simplify+ adds actions that help improve alignment automatically.
With Simplify+, you can:
add missing keywords to your resume
generate a tailored version of your resume for a specific role
update wording to better reflect the job description
adjust how experience and skills are emphasized for the position
π Note: The tailored resume is saved as a separate version, so your original resume stays unchanged.
This makes it easier to apply with a resume that is more closely aligned with the role instead of manually rewriting the same experience for every application.
The Resume section inside Copilot also lets you switch which resume version you want to use for autofill before applying.

Generate cover letters from the application page
When an application asks for a cover letter, Simplify+ can generate one directly inside Copilot using the current job description and your profile as context.
Instead of uploading one generic cover letter repeatedly, you can generate a version tailored to the company and role you are applying for.
The generated draft appears directly in the application flow so you can review and edit it before submitting.

Generate responses to application questions
Many applications include written questions that go beyond standard autofill fields.
These are usually prompts like:
"Why are you interested in this company?"
"Why are you a good fit for this role?"
"What are you looking for in your next position?"
With Simplify+, Copilot can generate tailored responses to those questions directly inside the application page.
The responses use:
the job description
the company and role
your Simplify profile and resume

Adjust AI behavior and writing preferences
Simplify+ also includes AI Settings inside Copilot, so you can control how the AI tailors your applications to match your own preferences and writing style.
