Add category for UX Research!

Need title matching to be a little more precise. Right now, I’m looking for UX Researcher roles. This isn’t an option in your Profile selections. It also appears as a researcher that I am being matched according to UX/UI keywords like Figma when this is not something a UXR would use on a regular basis. Just needs more granularity.
