Just to clarify—only resumes built using the Simplify Resume Builder can be used with the tailoring feature. Uploaded resumes won’t appear in the list of selectable documents for tailoring.
If your resume was uploaded, you can parse it into your Simplify profile by uploading it through our onboarding page here (https://simplify.jobs/onboarding#onboarding-roles). This process is append-only, so it will add the content to your profile without removing what’s already there. Once your resume content is in your profile, you’ll be able to create a new resume using the builder and then tailor it to any job.
Also, once you've built a resume in Simplify, you can set it as your default and customize it however you like moving forward.
