In your Simplify profile, proficiency in English is already assumed, so it doesn’t appear as a separate entry by default.
If you're using the Resume Builder and want English to show explicitly under Languages, there’s a checkbox labeled "Include English" in that section. Just check that and it’ll appear on your resume.
